She has the patience of a saint as we started the redesign of my website back in the summer with a view to launching it in early September but in the end couldn't launch it till early December! She kept in good contact regarding special features/domains ending etc that I needed to watch out for and was always open to amending aspects of the site where necessary. If I asked for some aspect of creative design that she didn't know how to do, she just went away and figured it out.

I started my own business because from the age of 18 and leaving school, I didn't really have an idea of what I wanted to do.
