Looking for professional and affordable office space? Look no further than the CAI Building in North Shields. Their building offers office space, workspace, temporary working space, coworking space, meeting rooms, and much more. The staff are incredibly helpful and professional. The building is modern with all the amenities which any professional business needs. The building offers 24-hour monitored security and is immaculately cleaned on a daily basis. There is also the added bonus of having a gym right next door. I would highly recommend this building to any business that is looking for a professional environment to work from.
Located at the mouth of the River Tyne, in the historic seaside town of Tynemouth, the Grand Hotel is set upon a cliff top and boasts views of Longsands beach and the North Sea. This prestigious Victorian property boasts original features and a sweeping central staircase, which dates back to 1872. The rooms include a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The en-suite bath or shower rooms have complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.

Lovely local pub which has just undergone re-decoration. Always a good relaxed atmosphere for guests of all ages. Children always welcome and always enough staff to provide a quick service. Good selection of Real Ales, Layers, Cider and bottles beers. Food can be touch and go and the Costa coffee is never hot.
