I went to see Dancing on Ice last night with my Mum and Sister and the three of us thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately there was an accident near where we were sat on row L seats 1, 2 and 3 in block 12 during the interval. An elderly gentleman fell down the stairs backwards. One of the Arena staff was nearby and couldn’t do enough to help the gentleman, she stayed calm and professional, she stayed with him until help arrived from the first aiders and when he returned to new seats after being checked over she was looking for him to check he was ok. At the end of the show she came back to him to help him down the stairs and continued to help others with walking difficulties. This lady was incredible and an asset to the team working the show last night. Well done.

What a great venue to hold a meeting, workshop, seminar or conference. Very versitile facility with great room options with all the latest AV equipment. Catering is exceptional. The cost is amzingly competitive and i will be surprised if you find a better venue in the area. Great value. A special thank you to Charlotte and Liam for their exceptional customer service. My 6oth birthday meal with family and friends . There was a group of 18 of is including 4 children everything was excellent seating arrangements getting the table set for us banners and balloons . Service was very good just a few had starters but main course was prompt and everybody enjoyed it . When my birthday cake arrived with candles on the staff had put a large sparkler candle on that was an added extra the kids loved it. Prices are a little bit more but worth it our 4th visit will definitely return

I really like the place, also one of the bar staff is very friendly and knows of what I want. Listening to the customers like myself of what I want. Also, a nice place to have a chat and meeting new people too! It was all new to me, but I do like the atmosphere in there! Definitely recommended a visit over there! :)

Went for a meal with some friends on Friday night. We had never heard of this place but decided to go try it out. We had so much fun, the staff were so friendly and polite, the music was great and not too loud whilst we were eating. The food may have been way too spicy for me but it was so nice that I couldn’t leave any. Cocktails were also great. Would 100% go back!
