My client and I had lunch here today. Manager held the door open for us and had a portable wheelchair ramp. Very attentive staff, restaurant very clean and well decorated and staff very friendly. Food was great, and a lovely garden (with children’s play area) too! We will definitely be back. Thank you.

I rarely write reviews but we were so impressed with our stay. The man who checked us in offered us drinks at the bar (even though we were late guests) showed us to our room and answered all our questions.
The room was a great size, very comfortable bed with a clean and modern bathroom.
Great value for money... almost don't want to review in case you increase the prices. �

Had a fantastic evening at the Watford Colosseum watching Soul II Soul. Sound was great and the staff were really helpful. Unfortunately even though the bar staff were working as hard as they could and extremely polite there wasn't enough of them working. I gather from previous post this is an on going matter that needs addressing. with the facility there you could have been easily 3x the staff. which would have been more adequate . Apart from this problem i would still be happy to come back as it is a great venue.

Not too expensive. You can enjoy with friends and kids. They have two circuits.
Friendly staffs. Not much choices on food or drink.
You can do both circuits in the same day.
Sometimes you have to wait as there are people playing in front of you.
Great decorations as well.
Good place to go for a day out.
