What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job as a health and wellness coach is empowering others. Guiding and supporting individuals on their wellness journeys, witnessing their progress, and building personal connections brings me immense joy. I'm deeply passionate about inspiring and empowering my clients, helping them make positive changes in their lives. Seeing them take charge of their health and well-being, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals is incredibly fulfilling. Empowering others is at the core of my coaching philosophy, and it brings me a profound sense of purpose.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Having been a teacher for 25 years I was ready to make a change in my career. In my leadership role, coaching and mentoring other teachers and educational professionals was something that I really enjoyed. I was incredibly passionate about supporting others in reaching their goals, by overcoming challenges, shifting mindset and developing resilience, confidence and determination. Having always had a keen interest in health, nutrition, and fitness since my teenage years, I decided to follow my passion and retrain to become a health and wellness coach, where I can use my coaching skills to enable clients to reach their health and wellness goals and find the freedom to live the life that they deserve.
