**I only work online/remotely via zoom video calling. Spiritual & Self Development teacher and practitioner. With so much uncertainty in the world right now, many people are struggling with fear and anxiety, having to let go of old conditioned ways of living, voluntarily or forced by global circumstances. We can resist these changes and cause ourselves more suffering or surrender and flow with it.

I saw Karen for hypnotherapy when I lost my father I truly felt like my whole world had shattered before me. Karen was a huge help and without her I'm not really sure what I would have done. Karen is professional in all aspects of her work and is a great hypnotherapist. She is also a great leader and nothing is too much trouble.

**Now taking bookings for January** Making the first step and looking for a counsellor to work with can feel scary and overwhelming. It’s hard to know what to say or what to expect, especially if you have not had counselling before. Building a safe and trusting relationship with your counsellor is important. It can take time to do this, but it is important that you feel comfortable enough with them in the beginning to start on that journey.

I had my first ever hypnotherapy session with Christina today. Having studied psychology myself I’m very interested in how the mind works but have also been very wary of hypnotherapy and how I would feel after. Christina made me feel at ease with the idea of hypnotherapy and explained the process to me, this is the first time that I’ve been so interested that I’ve wanted to try it out. The session was amazingly relaxing I think I even nodded off a couple of times. I’m hoping that my fear of the dentist no longer exists, I will definitely book in for future treatments too. I highly recommend Christina & Ace Amethyst Therapy.
