Paul is an amazing person and one can tell that he lives his passion. He feels called to assist others on their journey to heal and become the best version of themselves. He is always doing his very best for each and every client. His compassion and care is palpable and his thrive for perfectionism admirable. This can be clearly evidenced by all the modalities he has been trained in. If there is a course or certificate that can make him an even better practitioner than he already is, he will do it. One can always get better no matter how much one has trained seems to be his motto. At the centre of his practice is the desire to empower people finding their own solutions and purpose in life in a safe environment. He can tailor his treatment individually and has a variety of modalities to draw from. What works for one does not necessarily work for someone else. His commitment to always wanting to serve his clients in the best possible way is also evidenced in him offering a free 30-minute consultation to assure the client’s needs match his skills. All in all, give him a call, you can only gain by investing in a chat for 30 minutes at no cost and decide for yourself if what Paul offers is right for you. Paul will always aim to make a difference in your life and if he would think he can’t, he would not want to waste your time or money.

Rob: I started studying when I was fairly young and so, I was a complete sponge. I’ve always had a tenacity in my endeavours and I’ve built a massively successful business born out of that tenacity and passion. I believe we all have the ability to change the course of our life (if we want) and with the right tools, this change can happen instantly. I’m not one for any limitations.

Sometimes, life can feel really challenging. When you consider your relationships, friendships and work, do you feel in control and content? Are you comfortable with yourself and feel valuable and confident? Do you spend a lot of time feeling anxious, perhaps unable to sleep and maybe unable to cope when things aren’t going well? Have you suffered a bereavement or other loss which continues to impact upon your quality of life?

All my sessions are online and my areas of special expertise are anxiety, stress, phobias, and insomnia, but over the years I have helped people with many other problems - including, for example, stopping smoking, bereavement, addiction to prescription drugs, exam nerves, public speaking and confidence building. I offer a FREE no obligation 20 minute consultation when you can tell me what help you are looking for and find out about me and the help I can offer.

Hello, my name is Chris Madden and I am an Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist; it’s a bit of a tongue twister but essentially means that I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore a present difficulty. This will be done at your pace, in a collaborative way, helping you to explore or identify the stuff that might not be working for you and to navigate a new way of being – with more choices.

"Sometimes I feel too much and sometimes I feel nothing." Do you sometimes feel that things around you aren't real, or that things are foggy or hazy? Or maybe you're sometimes hyper-aware of your surroundings, and it's hard to switch off. Does it feel like you can't get the support you want from another service - that you might not meet their criteria because you're too well, or too complicated, or too chaotic, or you can't explain properly?

Successful Mindset offers, counselling, coaching/mentoring, training services for individuals or companies. Primarily I work with anxiety, depression, stress, compassion fatigue and addictions within the heart lead vocations, whether as a professional, volunteer or home-based carer. I also offer full-day training in public locations and within a workplace environment. Oline and in-person sessions. All medical, professional services, and care providers as well as occupational stress and mental health issues. I have a website, blog, webinars, books and videos to support you on your journey.
I have been a qualified psychologist for over 30 years, in the UK, Europe, Middle East and the US, as a clinician, university/college lecturer, speaker and author. I love the variety and seeing the progress of the people I work with. I am supportive, but to obtain a successful outcome, change has to happen. It is often a painful and emotional journey, but the only way for a wound to heal is to clear out all the muck and let the body mend.
Wise words from Jim Rohn, "For things to change, I have to change; for things to get better, I have to get better." You must be ready to invest time and effort to change, but you will be able to change.
I have worked with all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, none are reasons for not changing, but they are often used as excuses. It is your mind, you have the power and control, it does not control you.
Anything is possible, if you put your mind to it and want it enough.
I have been employed all of my adult life by many of the leading academic and corporate businesses in the UK and internationally, from the age of 25, I had been headhunted and sought out for positions, but even knowing all I know, I saw people were not getting the support and guidance they needed. More is expected of people and workplace bullying is rife, so I decided to open my business in April 2017, to really help people learn to say no, to care for themselves as much as they care for others, to stand up to bullies and value themselves and their life.
I have a very solid history in the UK and internationally, but relocating to Leeds, I want to get established for local clients, I made the decision that this next year I will be home based, and pause my international speaking/training events.
I offer face to face and online sessions, I am working out of the Tower Clinic in Cookridge, very easy access, with parking, close to a bus stop and train station. It is a secure, comfortable, non-threatening location, which helps all my clients come to a peaceful and professional setting to engage in their journey of change.
