I just followed the 10 week Anger Management Course. I started this to save a relationship, but I have now learnt an exceptional new way how to tackle issues. Yes, it is by clearing and discussing and it is not about determining what is the truth and the false or the right and the wrong. It is about understanding, sharing and to let go. Authenticity is the source of humility, forgiveness and empathy. This course has brought me a lot, but I still find it very difficult to let go and to become less emotional. I believe this will come with time now that I have the tools to manage this.

My background is in working with the nervous system and it's role in stress. I provide various ways - depending on your needs - of helping you to suffer less in your own personal issues, and then to thrive using counselling and psychotherapy or mindfulness training. I have worked with bereavement, shame and trauma, those who are overcome with guilt, have anger issues, unhealthy habits with substancces or in relationship patterns, those who cannot switch off, and who have crippling problems with self worth.
