What do you love most about your job?

I have always been passionate and drawn to helping others overcome mental health struggles. This comes from my own struggles in life including phobias, OCD and depression. It is a honour to be chosen to work with people and trusted to support them in their struggles. I also love when clients heal and realise it was possible...

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started my own business to have more autonomy over the spaces I create for clients. I created my business with you in mind. The space I create is fresh, calm and inviting. It also enables me to do virtual and online.

Why should our clients choose you?

I just have a way of knowing you on that level. Empath by nature I really understand your struggles. I have also been through a lot of struggles in my life, hence choosing this path, so really know what you are going through. I see you, I feel what your struggles are and I really, really want to help you get your life back.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes to both. I offer online and virtual appointments to suit your needs.
