I offer a non-judgemental breathing space in which you can put the World on hold and, with no one making demands on you, reflect, pinpoint what’s really troubling you, get to the root cause then choose what, if anything, you want to do about it. I can help with many issues particularly high anxiety, working with couples on their relationship and with those baffled by uncontrollable overeating that, whilst not a full blown eating disorder, non the less feels compulsive, addictive even, with names like comfort eating, emotional eating or binge eating.

I had wanted to do yoga for many years, but had never had the courage to find myself a class until I became pregnant last year. I started classes when I was 18 weeks and Linda encouraged me to join a class with other women with a similar due date to me.
At every stage of my pregnancy, Linda was attentive to my needs and helped me and the rest of the class exercise safely. These classes were also excellent preparation for birth as the all important breathing techniques that I found the NHS simply do not provide were regularly covered and I found them to be invaluable during my birthing experience. I was able to use them to control my pain and consequently gave birth without the use of drugs - something I'm sure I would not have done had I not had the correct training throughout my pregnancy!
I have also found these classes to be invaluable when it came to meeting other mothers. Each week, we would share baby news, which meant that we gradually got to know each other. As a class, we all came back after all the babies were born and did the baby massage and baby yoga class together - something my son has thoroughly enjoyed and continues to do so as the songs we learned helped to make the yoga fun and really forge a bond between the two of us - one song in particular is nearly always guaranteed to evoke a smile and even end tears! Five months later and my class are still meeting up weekly - I've just finished clearing up after hosting today's get-together!
Four months after birth, I started a 'normal' yoga class and Linda has continued to be caring and supportive in my bid to shape up, always advising me on how to exercise safely, but also encouraging me to push myself and try new things.
I have only positive things to say about Linda and the yoga experience she provides for all the life stages I have experienced, but particularly during my pregnancy. If you are expecting a baby, you will find that yoga is a fantastic way to bond with your baby and prepare you for

You may be finding things very difficult right now and feel that it’s the time to ask for help. You may feel anxious and worried all the time, you may feel low and hopeless. Something may have happened in your life that has left you feeling distressed or confused, or perhaps you just need to talk and be truly heard and understood. If any of this sounds familiar, counselling may be for you.

In 2017 at the age of 68 I found myself in a very dark place. I was stuck in a situation that I could see no end to and no light at the end of the tunnel.
A close friend of mine recommended a counselling service that she had experience of. I contacted them and a appointment was made.
I went to my first session full of apprehension, as I had never done anything like this before. I count myself very lucky to find Lauren had been assigned to be my counsellor. I found myself completely at ease, and I opened up immediately Over the coarse of the next few months, I attended weekly sessions with Lauren. Until I could see light at the end of that tunnel, and my life was getting better and better.
Then we both agreed that I was ready to stop counselling.
This was difficult for me at first, as I actually looked forward to my weekly sessions. But it was time to move on. But sometimes if I felt myself drifting back to the bad times, I would sit quietly, and think, what would Lauren say to me. It's over a year now since ,my last session, and my life has never been so good.
Thank you Lauren .

You may be feeling perhaps stuck, numb, empty; maybe stressed, confused, down, unable to cope or generally not like yourself; or just know that things are not okay in your life. Sometimes it can help to talk to someone who isn’t a family member or a friend, and feel not judged. I am here just for that. I’m friendly, open, empathetic and professional. I am a UKCP member and bound to a strict code of ethics.
In our session, we will use methods to gently down-regulate phobias, fears, anxieties, negative thoughts or feelings, physical pain and much more while using cutting edge neuroscience and positive psychology methods effectively and quickly. We can also explore any limiting beliefs and transform them into helpful ones that promote the changes you want to make. The principal way I work is not just 'downregulating' the storage of what you don't want, but working closely with WHAT YOU WANT INSTEAD! This gives your brain relief from what's holding you back, but also very clear instructions of what you'd like it to 'do'! There is nothing more empowering than inner engineering, In other words having your subconscious and consciousness on the same page, working towards your predefined goals.
What I love most about what I do is the progress and how gentle the progress can be.
Not everyone wants to 'get out' their pain, 'drag up their past', or talk endlessly about what's troubling them (although you can if you want to) so having methods to downregulate events, memories, feelings, thoughts or physical symptoms, PERMANENTLY and WITHOUT even having to tell me what they are is nothing short of amazing, and, not something you need to go over. Once it's done, it's done!
What I dislike about my work is that it is as yet little known about. Although backed by some of the biggest names like Bruce Lipton and Paul McKenna, it has yet to really hit the main stream, but it will!
Having needed support in my early life I was so disappointed with what was available so I decided I was going to be the change I wanted for myself and provide a service that actually works. I am so happy to help those who are willing to try, to leave behind their pain and move towards their desires with methods that actually work.
I get told often that I am warm and make people feel safe. I think I am so successful in what I do not only because I am skilled in the transformation methods I use, but because I have had deep traumas of my own to move through, as well as life's usual ups and downs, and so feel passionate about my work.
Having lost my father and stepfather to suicide, I have a deep understanding of the healing process no matter how big or small. This is why my clients tell me they feel heard and confident as we move through their situations and conditions.
As I work with clients all over the world I do offer my services on zoom. I also work in remote settings like on-site with CEOs, in schools and NHS settings, as well as to family sessions remotely or in their homes, and in small and large business settings.
I also work within my local community for charities and from my studio in Walton on Thames.
When working in person I use a well ventilated but warm room, masks when appropriate and hand sanitiser and a hand washing basin. I also lateral flow 2-3 times a week.
