I have worked with mental health issues within the public sector of Social Services and National Health service since 1988. From then on I developed a keen interest in how people overcome the difficulties they had and how psychotherapy in particular can help them get better. I undertook my core training in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regents College and then continued as a psychodynamic counsellor with Kings College working at Guys Hospital.
