I have over 25 years of experience as a counsellor, utilising specialist CBT, REBT and other eclectic counselling theories. I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate their way through various challenges, including addiction, anger management, anxiety and depression, low mood, stress, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, bereavement, and much more. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore whatever it is you are going through.
