I also practice Emotional Freedom Technique and am a Reiki Master offering both treatments and training. I regularly run workshops in all levels of Reiki and transformational workshops varying from half days to 2 full days .

I have worked in mental health services on the front line for 6 years and opened my own counselling service. I offer an integrative counselling approach to individuals and couples. This can be short term or long term counselling, according to your needs. My aim is to to listen and to create a non- judgmental environment.
