I am a Registered and Accredited member of the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH) and follow the BACP Ethical framework, with regular supervision to ensure that I am practicing safely and ethically. I provide face-to-face, online and over the phone therapy, depending on your preference. I help adults, children and adolescents with a variety of challenges, including: anxiety and social anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD and autism, various degrees of trauma, burnout, relationship and family difficulties, loss and grief, life decisions and minority experience. I am also fluent in Spanish. I am an integrative counsellor meaning I use different approaches to meet the client's needs, such as CBT, Psychodynamic and Person-Centred approach, combined with Mindful Meditation to generally reduce stress and boost mood and resilience when facing adversity. I also hold a current DBS Certificate. I hope that in building a relationship together, we will work to explore your feelings and ultimately to enable you to take responsibility for yourself and your choices. Working with adults, children and adolescents is something that I am passionate about and I endeavour to put this across in my work with you.
