This is a excellent place. I found Andrew very easy to talk to, I opened up about a lot of private things and things I had forgot about.
I never felt judged, or made to feel bad about anything. I would recommend Andrew to anyone, has helped me loose weight and giving me lots of advice and tips on other issues in my life. I always came away from a session feeling relaxed and light.

I went to Lesley about 7 weeks ago suffering badly from anxiety, stress, depression, lack of confidence, basically a mess! After the inital consultation she determined a plan for me. At every session she talked me through what we were going to tackle that day. She is such a lovely lady with a beautifully calming voice and I immediately felt at ease with her. After 6 sessions I now have myself back and my life. I simply cannot recommend Lesley enough to anyone who is in need of some help. She is absolutely amazing

Hi Graham,
Just wanted to write and say thanks for the help regarding my forearm splints and taking the time to asses me over video chat.
After being given poor advise after a sports massage i continued training to the point it hurt to hold a drink!
You gave me the news i didn't want to hear (lay off hand balancing for a few days).
5 days after taking your advise i start training again tomorrow and will continue to follow your stretching and recovery advise from now on.
Thanks again.
