During the COVID pandemic I started suffering with health anxiety, particularly fears of having an undiagnosed life threatening illness. After numerous tests the doctors explained that I was suffering with health anxiety and recommended CBT therapy. There was a long wait list and so I reached out to charlotte privately. I can really recommend charlotte as a therapist. During every session charlotte was extremely patience. She taught me lots of coping mechanisms to deal with the symptoms and at the end of our ten sessions I was feeling a lot lot better.
