I an a retired Manging Director who has retrained to follow my passion to provide professional services based on Integrated Psychotherapeutic Counselling and also Hypnotherapy. I work on a one-to-one basis, using a collaborative, empathetic and non-judgemental style. This helps Clients identify what they really want from therapy and then I assist and empower them in exploring how they might progress to achieve it.

James provided support and therapy during one of the most difficult times of my life. I went to see James for about 5 months. It was easy to connect with James and he was easy to talk to and open up with. He provided caring and empathetic therapy sessions tailored to my needs. James used hypnotherapy including the rewind technique. Sometimes he just listened when I needed to just talk and off load. James was also available at times outside of the sessions when I needed additional support due to anxiety. I wouldn’t have got through my trauma without his help and I cannot recommend him enough. He is definitely the best therapist out there. Thank you James.
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT and EMDR practitioner and Certified Life Coach, I qualified at the Manchester College of Hypnotherapy and Coaching in May 2020. In the past year I have worked with clients face to face and online in the UK and abroad to help with a number of issues. I offer a free consultation to listen to each clients situation and their needs to then tailor their session to give them the best possible service to assist them with their pain, emotions, habits and healing.

Kerera was fantastic with our 14 year old daughter who was needle phobic and unable to have her immunisations. With only one session with Kerera our daughter has now had four immunisations and continues to use the techniques Kerera taught her. Kerera was so professional, knowledgable and we can’t thank her enough! Claire

Prior to qualifying as an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner and Motivational Coach in 2010, I had been a Counsellor for almost 10 years and have successfully worked with people troubled with a whole range of issues. This means that in addition to Hypnotherapy, I also have a wide range of therapies and techniques to help you change the way you feel or think much quicker than counselling alone.

I am a counsellor, working outdoors with walk & talk therapy. I am a psychodynamic therapist - this is a form of talking therapy which believes that you are informed today by your childhood. My form of therapy is helpful for those struggling with anxiety and depression and it can also be helpful for those with a ADHD/ND diagnosis. There are of course many reasons why people choose therapy.

I attended an introductory course with BeMindful Fife and it was life changing. I thought I was a positive person but that is only part of the story. Gaining an understanding of the the techniques and making a habit to practice literally changes the game in a way that allows you to handle day-to-day stresses and anxieties. This is someone who really knows their stuff and has dedicated themselves to becoming one of the most credible ambassadors with a depth of knowledge, life experience and teaching skill that is a pleasure to be around. Thanks.

After smoking for over 20 years I had always said i woukd never stop trying to stop. I have tried everything! Hydrotherapy was the only thing I hadn't tried. Sooooo I had a phone consultation with Graeme which gave me a lot to think about before i went. The appointment lasted about an hour and it didn't work straight away! But day by day I started noticing a difference and became more aware of different situations. So now 6 weeks on, I can honestly sit here and say I don't feel the need to smoke and the thought of smoking makes me feel sick! Very happy!

Well it is now one full year since l had the pleasure of meeting you David.I had been smoking for 54 years, since l was 15 and all it took was one, one hour session with you.If l can give up that quickly after all those years, then anyone can.It was the best £70 I had EVER spent in my whole life.I would advise everyone wanting to give up ..... give up smoking for a specific reason.I gave up because l was moving to America to live beside our daughter, her husband and our one year old grandson at that time.I did not want him to relate Nana to the smell of smoke. This is what gave me the incentive to call David and l so bless the day l did.I will be honest and say yes, there have been a few wobbles over the past 12 months when l have been sorely tempted, but l did NOT give in. I just looked at my grandson and that was enough. So THANK YOU DAVID from the bottom of my heart for helping me and giving me the confidence to “kick the habit” after a lifetime of smoking.Regards to all your family, thanking you once again, Linda Mackie xx
Life transitions such as work challenges, pregnancy, peri/menopause, diagnosed (late) neurodivergence, marriage adjustments, or retirement can all become challenging and may benefit from the perspective that therapy brings. I work hard to ensure you feel safe during therapy, which helps us explore your life with curiosity, together. Often, by shedding light on your early years and childhood experiences, you can better explore and understand your current life. We do this by uncovering patterns and insights that may lead to real, lasting change. This can be a difficult journey, and my job is to help you through the process safely. Therapy can be both enlightening and painful, ultimately it can offer a transformational experience. Walk & Talk helps integrates movement and nature into the therapeutic process which can be particularly beneficial for those with ADHD and ND conditions. In the outdoors, you are free to move, sit, or simply stop and take in nature. We can walk along paths, pavements, or we can sit and talk outside. Did you know that research has shown that spending 20 to 30 minutes outside can reduce your anxiety
It's a privilege to work with people who have the courage to come to counselling and work towards better mental health. I find it incredibly inspiring to see individuals make significant changes in their lives, facilitated by counselling.
The process is challenging and requires courage, but witnessing a client's journey of growth towards a stronger, more resilient version of themselves is what keeps me passionate about the impact that counselling can have.
I love counselling and love walking and talking in the outdoors. I want to share my love of being in the outdoors.
I offer clients the chance to meet in the outdoors and to benefit from the trees, nature and movement. I work with the aim of making sure clients feel safe throughout their counselling journey. It can be hard at times. Clients may feel they don't want to continue, this is when therapy is really working. Being able to push through and use all your courage to continue really helps the process work and I work hard to help people carry on to the end, so they can really benefit from their therapy.
I don't provide online or remote working - I am an outdoor therapist & would consider face to face session indoors on request. Working in the outdoors is very beneficial to the body and helps reconnect body & mind and is thought to help reduce anxiety.
we meet outside so this should be easier to manage Covid
