What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. I am deeply passionate about helping others, and there's something incredibly fulfilling about being able to listen to someone's struggles and guide them towards better mental health and wellbeing. Every day, I have the privilege of supporting individuals as they embark on their personal journeys towards healing and growth. Knowing that I can contribute to their progress, even in small ways, is what truly drives me and makes my work so rewarding.

What inspired you to start your own business?

What inspired me to start my own business was a steadfast belief in both myself and the services I provide. I wanted the freedom to offer my expertise without the limitations that often come with working under others. By establishing my own venture, I can ensure that my clients receive the uncompromised quality and personalised care they deserve. This autonomy allows me to stay true to my vision and deliver services that truly make a difference.

Why should our clients choose you?

In my practice, I operate within a pluralistic framework anchored by the ethical standards of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. It means I will always work towards your best interests, make sure I'm in good health to practice, and ensure our work together is confidential.

As a busy mother balancing professional roles in both large corporations and smaller businesses, along with serving in emergency services, I pursued my counselling qualifications while juggling work and raising my daughter. This unique experience has given me firsthand insight into the day-to-day pressures that can affect our mental well-being. I fully appreciate that we all have diverse backgrounds and face distinct challenges in life.

I provide counselling and hypnotherapy sessions face to face in Stockton and online. My private practice is located in both Yarm High Street and Wolviston village in Billingham. My approach is deeply rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to listen attentively and guide you in exploring the emotions, thoughts, and motivations underlying your journey.

No two individuals are the same, which is why I customise my approach to meet your unique needs and circumstances. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or personal growth, I'm committed to fostering a deeper level of awareness and resilience to navigate life's challenges.

Ultimately, my goal is to empower you to take charge of your life. If you resonate with my approach, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can embark on a journey towards understanding, growth, and self-discovery.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, I have completed training to be able to practice online safely.
