Amazing. I live in Dubai and have been busy at work which, combined with other factors, has led to me not sleeping well (sometimes at all) and anxiety creeping in over the quality of my decisions when I’m tired. VM Therapy were incredible and I realised that the 5.5 thousand kilometre distance wouldn’t stand in Victoria’s way of helping me. She digitally sent me a therapy session and I can’t believe how much, I felt ‘in tune’ with the recording. It was personalised to me and how I feel; it was specific to my surroundings and where I would be in my apartment/noises which would be around me and it addressed the issues that I feel. Thank you Victoria - you’ve changed my life by restoring my belief in my ability to sleep; for which, I’m incredibly grateful.

Counselling Over 18 years I have had the pleasure of walking alongside people as they grapple with the difficulties and struggles life has presented to them. My fulfilment is in facilitating their journey through to a place of peace, control and choice for the future. Counselling provides you with the opportunity to explore whatever is going on for you, in a confidential, safe environment.
I offer Rapid Transformational therapy, which is a hybrid therapy of root cause hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT and neurolinguistic programming (NLP), and I combined this alongside a powerful breathwork called SOMA Breath. We will work together to reach a balanced and happier you, by reaching the root of your issue directly. I help people actively overcome negative thought processes, behaviours, actions and learn how to empower their own lives and release unwanted traumas and teach people how to cope with everyday stress going forward while teaching healthy daily habits.
Watching the growth and freedom clients have after they master their own minds with the therapy. It is a joy to see and I feel privileged to have been a part of that process. When people become free of unwanted issues, they become empowered. This changes so much about them and this can be physically seen.
Going through my own healing journey and wanting to help others, and working in the NHS for many years and seeing the number of people that need help.
There are many ways in which people can be helped, unfortunately not everything is offered by the NHS.
I have a unique way of working (as no one has lived in my shoes), through first-hand experience and through the tools I have learnt, combining SOMA, NLP, hypnotherapy, CBT, psychotherapy and my intuitive healing and Rahanni healing.
I can relate to people as I have been the client, and spent many years working within the emergency services and the community, I feel have the skills, knowledge and empathy. I offer a free discovery call to everyone, as I also know how important it is to have a rapport with your therapist. This way you will see if we connect.
The majority of my work is carried out online via Zoom. This provides comfort and privacy for clients to be in their own homes. Often clients are more relaxed in their own surroundings.
I do occasionally offer face-to-face.
Working via Zoom gives safety, flexibility, comfort and privacy to the client.
