I’d been struggling with mindset and self-confidence for a while with moments of depression. I’d been considering going back to medication after 10 months but wanted to explore a non-medicated way to move through some mental challenges and blocks. The outcomes I’ve achieved from the Breakthrough have been the removing of the mental strain and stress from overthinking, recognising the amount of negative self-talk I say to myself regularly and releasing the guilt, which stemmed from the birth of my premature twin daughters who had to go straight into neonatal care, for which I’ve held for 5 years. I believe life is getting busier and more demanding, especially on working parents. It’s so difficult to juggle everything mentally and not feel under pressure. I’ve only known Dave a short time but his support and understanding has made a tremendous difference to my mindset and helping me find clarity amid guilt, depression and negative self-talk.
