What do you love most about your job?

Working with individuals and helping them improve their physical and mental health. Seeing change and growth in my patients and ensuring they live a lifestyle that they have envisioned for themselves.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am originally from the United States. When I moved to the Uk I joined the NHS. Although I do love the NHS and all that is stands for, I often found it was limited in its resources to help mental health patients or those just having a hard time coping or adjusting to loss and change. I felt it was imperative to create a private mental health company that was helpful, affordable and open to helping individuals that wanted to help themselves. As I continued more and more Psychologist joined my team. This was helpful to provide a varied quality of support.

We don't want or expect you to be with us forever. The ultimate goal of therapy is to work through your issues and not require our support.
