I am Director of services for Actualize Wellbeing, which is a non-profit organisation that offers counselling and emotional wellbeing for children, young people and families. We offer individual Person-Centred counselling, CBT, play therapy, sand tray therapy, clay therapy and family therapy. We also offer therapeutic support groups for parents/ carers of children with ASD, emotional behaviour, self-harm or eating disorders.

It is my belief as a counsellor that we all have the power within us to heal ourselves, but there are times we need a bit more guidance to do that and as an accredited counsellor with the National Counselling Society that’s what I aim to do. I want to make counselling and therapy available to all which is why I specialise in on-line and telephone counselling as well as offering face to face sessions.

I specialise in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress.

I'm a therapist combining my unique gifts of healing using Reiki, Tarot Reading and Mindfulness coaching to work through any issues that my clients may have. I'm specifically experienced in helping with addictions, mental issues such as stress, anxiety and depression. We often fall into these mental states and patterns unknowingly and find it very difficult to come out of it, I would like to help people who make the powerful choice to see the problem and make a choice to come out of it.
