My name is Ken Morton, I am the founder of KM Therapy and I am a Holistic Therapist. The idea of KM Therapy was born from combining my two passions in life - helping people and alternative medicine. I do things differently from the normal conventional healthcare model as I believe in indigenous alternative medicine. I look at the body holistically by assessing the physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological parts of your body and suggest improvements you can make to your body and your lifestyle.

Sam has an engaging and uplifting attitude to her work. Through our sessions I have been given tools which have increased my efficiency and ability to deal with stress at work. Our sessions have also changed my perspective when tackling problems, allowing me to relax more and enjoy the good things I have in my relationship and home-life. I think my boyfriend is grateful too that I'm not driving him up the wall so much!! Thank you Sam.

Last year i went to see Valerie with my partner because we just could not get along anymore, having stupid arguments all the time. She helped us to understand and reconnect with each other, especially helping with clearing issues like anger or resentment, and helped us to develop better ways of communicating. We thank her very much for the difference she has made!

I can’t recommend Reform enough to any mothers looking to have a check up after birth. I had a 7 week checkup with my GP however this was done over the phone and does not compare to the comprehensive check over I had at Reform during my Mummy MOT. The whole assessment was really thorough, allowing me to ask questions and learn about my body following pregnancy/birth. I felt so at ease with Laura and left knowing to come back if I had any changes or concerns. I returned to see Kate and left feeling reassured that everything was ok. I know that if I hadn’t been to Reform I wouldn’t have the confidence to do any exercise following my c-section but with their guidance I am able to begin that journey back to the exercise I enjoy. Their services have been fantastic and I just hope that all new mums consider paying them a visit. ❤️

I started off as an intercultural coach and there were not many jobs around 10 years ago in that area and the only way to start was to become self-employed. Having the business grow to be a great success, I now continue on as a counsellor as well being self-employed as I have come to value the independence and flexible working hours. I also love the challenge of starting up something new and seeing it through the various stages of growth.
Clients will also benefit from my offering of either coaching or counselling especially with my focus on treating emotional trauma which is based on extensive study, experience and ongoing continuing professional development and provides a depth of insight and range of tools that come from multi-disciplinary training and study. I have also recently gained additional qualifications in order to competently deliver online coaching & counselling.
