What inspired you to start your own business?

With so many Telemarketing companies offering the same service and focusing on quantity over quality, throw enough and hope something sticks, I wanted to make a change to the industry. I have run small teams and 300 seat call centres but I wanted something different with River B2B marketing, high quality lead generation and appointment setting to truly make a difference to companies.
