Joint Effort Chinese Martial Arts and Health Practices teaches Wing Chun in a professional and friendly manner. Lessons take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. The lessons are 90 minutes and priced at £6, which fall as you become a member. The classes are filled with a mixture of different skill sets, but everyone there are extremely welcoming. I started only a couple of months ago and aim to continue.
I have taught many forms of exercise over the years, including: Aerobics, Martial Arts, Dance Fitness, Tai Chi, Strength Training without Weights, etc. I think that it is very important that you enjoy the exercises and get the health and fitness benefits that you require.
