I have been lucky enough to have some more lessons recently with Nicki Gwynn-Jones to improve my front crawl stroke. I have been learning the TI method over the last 6 years with Nicki.
When I started out I was a fit as a fiddle, but could really only manage 100m freestyle before becoming breathless. I think now after Nicki's excellent and patient tutoring and the super efficient TI methods now locked in my head, I think I could literally swim freestyle all day long.
Many thanks to Nicki and TI in helping me successfully complete 3 x Ironman races. Coming our of the swim feeling fresh sure helps you get to the finish line!
