Excellent experience in Rainham (Kent) with JPS, great communication from the moment we spoke to the office, the designer Miles was informative and attentive and there was no hard sell. Louis made sure I had all the information before installation and the scaffolding was efficiently and proptly errected and dismantled before and after. JPS sent a large team of workers to complete the job over two days and they professionally, curteously and cleanly installed the panels, battery and car charger. I particularly wanted to thank James and Harry (electricians) and Scott in construction for their amazing customer service and pride that they take in their work. I had a few teething problems with the system and nothing was too much trouble in resolving the issue. I am pleased that I chose a local company with such high standards, leaving me with a very efficient system, even with two electric cars, I have been able to be off grid all week and have turned the gas off for hot water heating too.
