We received damage to our roof after recent adverse weather. I called several companies and from the start they were a let down. Main theme was not getting a call back as promised or turning up. Like other roofers Borderline were exceptionally busy but managed to come round the same day to have a look. Within two days the job was complete. Time keeping and communication was brilliant. Staff friendly and helpful from the lady booking in the job, to the Tradesman who carried out the repair. The price was very reasonable, especially as the Tradesman was knowledgable and skilled. Tradesman also took the time to highlight what the issue was and that not all damage may have been a result of storm damage. He clearly informed me what I needed to tell the house builder. House builders are unsurprisingly not taking ownership. Borderline have been willing to assist further on the issue and report back to the house builder. Not often you get excellent aftercare from companies once you have paid and especially for a small job. I will not be looking any further for any future work
