This was my 1st experience of Reiki and I really enjoyed it! Elaine could not have been lovelier, she was so calm and it made me feel perfectly relaxed. I wasn't really sure what to expect, but Elaine explained beforehand what I might experience so when exactly that happened I felt very comfortable with it. Just had an amazing reiki session with Michelle. She is fantastic! Apart from the actual treatment - which is brilliant, what I like the most is the chat at the end. Michelle talks you through what she’s done and what she’s picked up during the session, with sound advice on how to make little changes in your daily routine to help alleviate some of the issues she’s picked up on. I will definitely be trying to spend more time outside and get back to my meditation practice and turn up the music more and dance...
