From a therapy room in my garden I offer several holistic therapies and I am also a Yoga teacher ??♂️ The therapies a I offer are - Reiki which is a Japanese energy healing technique that relaxes the body, mind and nervous system creating a calm state of being, which in turn promotes the bodies natural healing mechanism. It aids in reducing stress, depression and anxiety through balancing the subtle energy body, chakras and meridians. It also promotes better sleep which again lets the body heal itself ? I offer EFT (emotional freedom technique) and EFT Matrix Re-imprinting which is an energy balancing technique that helps to harmonise the energy system. It can be used to help process and heal traumatic memories and reverse limiting beliefs that are causing stress, depression, anxiety and physical pain. I also use a device called the bio-well camera which analyses the bodies energy and stress levels through the meridians (which are used in Chinese medicine in acupuncture) and chakras, highlighting imbalances in certain organs, systems and endocrine glands. It backs up the reiki session by showing the improvements in the energy field by doing readings before and after the reiki session. I also use a special mat for my session that uses Pulse electro magnetic frequencies, infrared sauna and negative ions through crystals which helps to relax, heal and detox the body ?

Going through my own journey of trauma, depression and anxiety a few years back I decided to find an alternative route to anti depressants. Through finding meditation and attending yoga classes which helped me drastically, I then found reiki and EFT. So over the last few years I have been learning and training in these different modalities 😊🙏🏼
I am confident that what I offer as a holistic therapist can help to bring the body back into a state of harmony. I am educated on the reasons why the body becomes imbalanced energetically, which can then lead to disease. If emotional trauma is involved then we can get to the root of the problem with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I personally have healed so much trauma that I have been through with EFT.
So if we can catch these energetic imbalances early enough then we can return the body to a state of balance.
