What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy facilitating a journey of self-discovery, watching people blossom as they begin to feel understood and become aware of what is holding them back in life. I have watched many people recover and take charge of their own lives and the joy that this brings me never fades. Although much of my work is conventional talking therapy, I enjoy using creative methods when a client feels this approach makes it easier to express him or herself.

What inspired you to start your own business?

When I was working as a psychologist with traumatised clients, I realised that a lot of emotions manifested themselves in the body. I became intrigued with the connection between the body and the mind. I decided to complement my qualifications with a Master's in Movement Psychotherapy and eventually started Body Mind Integrated to bring this holistic approach to my clients.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am a very experienced Psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. I take a holistic, integrative and flexible approach to meet a client's needs. My therapy space is a non-judgemental and empathetic environment, which makes clients feel at ease with me. Trust is essential for a positive outcome in therapy.
