She is a professional ambassador and confidence specialist for worldwide Mental Health App Informed Minds, and has provided psychology support to charitable organisations such as international tennis charity Serving Up Hope and Track Academy. In addition, she has delivered performance psychology support in the business sector including working within the healthcare, education, IT, food, and charity industries, and has a passion for enhancing people’s confidence and performance in their working environments and personal lives. Chantal has experience in many differing facets of the high-performance world including providing sport and performance psychology services to international athletes, organisations and businesses, athlete mentoring development, international event delivery at Wimbledon and The China Open, coaching, and as a former national tennis player herself. Simply, I love helping people! I love being able to support athletes and people feel good about their performances and themselves and I absolutely love what I do! I really enjoy working with my clients to create unique strategies that are really going to work for them and helping them feel more relaxed, calm, confident, empowered, and happy.
