Their communication with guests was excellent and very positive guest reviews reflect their professionalim. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for AirBnB management in the Richmond area.I did have one problem with my instructions not being followed on some bathroom maintenance work. This resulted in the plumber having to return to the property to rectify the installation. Acara requested me to pay the extra plumber bill, which obviously I refused to do. If it wasn't for that problem then this would have been a 5 star review.
