I lived in Newcastle Upon Tyne in one of the Properties Unique apartments. I lived in 93A grey street, flat 7. That was an amazing experience, as I was a short walking distance from the Monument, the underground station, the city mall, the river, etc. The penthouse was nicely decorated, spacious and very comfortable. We had special moments there. As for Properties Unique service, I can only say THANK YOU. They were so kind with me and my family, all of our requests were answered quickly. We needed extra TV, we got it in half a day; we needed extra duvets or pillows, got it in less than 30 minutes; we needed stairs gate to prevent our children from accessing the stairs, we got it quickly; we needed assistance in the Spanish language and we had Vivien Lee, their MD, providing assistance in my native language. I loved my stay there and whenever I return to Newcastle, I will stay there again and again.
