What do you love most about your job?

All of it! I am totally passionate about property! I enjoy working with individuals to help them find their dream home or working with other property professionals to grow and maintain their investment portfolios. I enjoy making sure that all the properties that I manage are tenanted with good quality tenants who look after their properties and pay their rent on time and have good landlords that react quickly and maintain their properties to a high standard.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have been working in the estate agency profession for approx. 20 years now. I started in the corporate sector working for the large high street brand Ward and Partners. After nearly 10 years with them I moved on to Your Move for a further 3 years and then on to a small independent agent M&M for a further 3 years before starting Temple Wharf almost 3 years ago. I wanted to be able to provide a personal and bespoke service to each individual and I found that this wasn't possible when working for larger agents. Having started Temple Wharf I can now provide good quality service and excellent communication for a fair and competitive price.

Quite simply because we're very good at what we do! We do what we say we're going to, we keep you informed along the way and we look after your properties as if they were our own. Plus.......we don't charge the Earth! Our sales fee is just 1% with no VAT and fully managed lettings fee is just 7% of the monthly rent with no VAT.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes we can do remote valuations but we do not offer remote viewings as it is very hard to represent a property correctly without showing prospective tenants and buyers in person.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Social distancing, enhanced cleaning and more options for online valuations and meetings.
