Progressive Lettings are a fantastic company to work with when finding a property to rent. Everything that we have asked of them they have sorted asap without hesitation. When we moved into our property, there was a second set of keys missing from the flat that should have been left inside for us. They found their set in the office, got extras cut for us, and delivered them to the flat within an hour (which given Southampton traffic is no easy feat). They respond to non-urgent email queries within a working day, so far we've not had any emergencies but I have no doubt in my mind they would respond just as diligently.

I rented a property through Belvoir for a number of years, and had nothing but positive experiences in my interactions with them (which were few and far between - they just let you get on with living in the place you're renting)!Never any fees when renewing tenancy agreement (unlike a LOT of other letting agents), and rent barely increased over the four years I was there.Belvoir (and in particular Gwen and Loretto) were easy to contact whenever anything needed to be maintained in the property, and upon leaving the deposit return was processed very quickly.
