My Father, he is a Property Portfolio Landlord and he was tired, he needed to break away from the calls, repairs and tenant interaction to focus more on the things he loves about property, this was where I saw an opening. I approached him and asked if I could fill that void, could I be the answer for his freedom? It turns out I was and when he went off and told his other Landlord friends they decided I could fill the void for them too. For some years I just concentrated on the 4 Landlords that had landed at my feet but in the last 2 years myself and my Husband have decided to grow the business.

Fortunately a lot of our work can be done online, paperwork can be viewed and signed remotely. References, checks and meetings can all be done remotely and zoom calls have become second nature to our business.
There are services that need our physical attendance in this role, such as viewings, property checks, photographs for ads etc, however we have found perfectly acceptable ways of dealing with these when we are unable to enter due to illness, Covid etc.
