In 2010 I had a few small businesses and a small team. Our block and estate management company was, I felt, the least likely to grow but was a neat complement to other things were doing. As subsequent years have passed it has became clear that the block and estate management opportunity provided primarily by the failings of others was much larger than I had expected. We are seeing steady and continuous growth but, most importantly, we're having fun doing it!

We do not provided a remote service and only work with clients that are a ~1 hour drive from one of our offices. Our routine site inspections are vital in maintaining high standards but equally all time spent by property managers travelling in a car is time that could be better spent doing client work. We keep the mileage down in order to keep the service level up!
To protect our clients from COVID-19 we have ensured that our team has been provided with, and use, appropriate PPE. In terms of suppliers and contractors attending sites then we have insisted that they wear appropriate PPE and observe social distancing. We have found this has worked very well.
