We love to have frequent communication with all Directors and we do prefer in-person meetings either at our headquarters (33-35 High Street, HA1 3HT) or in our central london office (60 Grays Inn Road, WC1X 8LU) or south london (76 High Street, SE25 6EB).
With 3 offices in London (Harrow on the Hill, Holborn and Norwood) we cover most of London in person. However since a big part of communication has moved online we allow for a number of AGMs or Director Meetings to happen via video calls.

Byron Holt was introduced to me earlier this year, as someone who could block manage the Millwright Building whose many problems had overwhelmed the previous managing agent. Byron immediately set to sorting the buildings myriad issues and within weeks the building was turned around and heading back towards respectability. Additionally Byron regained the support of the very many dissenting leaseholders, and harmony has returned. Byron is multi skilled which is essential especially in a mixed use building such as Millwright. I do not hesitate in recommending Byron. S Wayne Cotterwell Ltd
