I run a building firm. Kennet Design drew up several alternative outline plans for a client so that they could select the most appropriate for them. Once the client selected there preferred option, full-plans were drawn for submission to the Local Building Authourity. The plans were not immediately approved but given the tenacity and professionalism of Kennet Designs they explained fully how they fitted the locale and met all requirements and so the Authourity awarded full planning permission for the construction of the extension to dwelling and garden Room. We found the drawings to be extremely detailed and accurate with all of the information required to arrive at an estimate of construction easily.
Carl, the actual architect from Kennet Design assigned to our project, was the ultimate professional: knowledgeable, helpful and polite, totally engaging with the client so that he fully understood their needs and how the building could best respond to them.
