It was a quick turn around from signing contracts to foundations being dug but Robbie put us at ease and took everything in his stride and made it look effortless. Living in with two small children whilst the works were going ahead, Robbie and his team made every effort to work around us so that we could have somewhat normality for as long as possible - for example setting up an outside sink when the kitchen was non existent. Amazing communication- always responsive and problem solving - nothing was ever any trouble, we have been absolutely blessed to have had such a positive experience. Its so hard to find a construction company that will strive for perfection on every stage of a project but with RB BUILDERS you have it all. Great communication. Great workmanship. Great Team. Crownhill Building Services is a building company that is based on years of experience in the building extensions, kitchen and bathroom fitting trades. There aren’t many companies which can boast that they still use the same team that started out in 2006! Today we primarily build home extensions but, should any other building work be needed, we can do that as well. On more than one occasion we were asked to work on one project for a customer and in the following years ended up re-modelling the whole house!

I would say the facilities and building could do with a facelift as it is feeling a bit dated.
But the staff are in my opinion are first class.
Steve is very helpful and does the best that he can do within his remit, he also goes above and beyond and is very helpful.
Paula that has been there since we moved in and goes above and beyond her duties. Should be awarded for her customer service and ability to solve problems when the centre is clearly understaffed. She is also very friendly, professional and in my opinion an asset to your company!
If Regus actually reads these reviews, You as a company need to employ more staff as you cant expect such few staff to continually maintain a large building as it is very busy and I think your staff would burn out as the old saying goes "If you burn the candle at both ends....."
So my advice would be to acknowledge the excellent staff you have and maybe hire some more to support them and the centre.
There is also a new receptionist Salome who always has a bright smile and very friendly and helpful.
By the way, you have to google business listings running for the same location ?, one is listed as Regus and the other is Regus House..... If head office need a hand with their social and on-line presence, then please get in touch and I will help out :)
