‘21 Certificate of Excellence

Passionate about accelerating the learning of myself and the people around me, I offer a more relaxed, friendly but focused approach to learning. After taking my A-Levels and achieving an A in Psychology and B’s in both English Language and Biology, I was keen to further my interest in English Language at Warwick University. Following my enrollment in September 2019, I have remained passionate about English Language and Linguistics, and I’m keen to help others adopt the same love for knowledge and application as I have myself.

What do you love most about your job?

I love watching my tutees jump from milestone to milestone within their educational journey. Giving students the chance to, not only accelerate their learning, but to gain a new passion for a subject is bar far the best part of being a tutor, and is what I aim to do with every student that I guide.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've always found the question of 'What makes a good teacher?' an interesting one. Paying close attention to the teaching styles of the many teachers I've been taught by, one key thing that is missing throughout all subjects is the relevance and application of the textbook to everyday life. By starting my own tutoring scheme I am able to manage my time, content and relationships with my pupils to ensure that everyone I teach is getting value for money and the attention that their education deserves.

Why should our clients choose you?

I'm an English Language student at Warwick University, and I have very current first hand experiences with the struggles that my tutees may be experiencing during their time in primary and secondary education. Due to my age and my experiences throughout the educational system fairly recently, I am able to provide a fresh and updated view that is full of energy, allowing my tutees to want to learn rather than forcing them to learn.
