Viktor turned up on time and did a very good job cutting a piece of plasterboard so that it would fit as a floor right under the compartment containing the hot water tank. It was quite a tricky job but it was a nice finish and well worth what he charged which seemed very reasonable.
He then did some work in the kitchen fashioning a strip of wood to replace wood that had become water damaged and was now rotting.
Finally he did a bit of re-plastering of a side wall just behind the storm-doors.
All this work took the best part of an hour and his charging rate seemed very reasonable. He was polite and courteous throughout and I would recommend him to anyone
