He does not keep you waiting and presents full details of job requested , costs are individually itemised, giving me a 100% clarity and meeting of the mine and he works exactly to the agreed written contract.
He agrees any variations l made to the job specification and updated me in writing.
He installed a complete new bathroom suite, removals and replaced with complete new wall and floor tiling with brand new 2 toilets and 2 sinks installed. He took time to draw the plan of work l wanted and he explained in detail writing how the work would progress, from the beginning to the end. He updated me daily with pictures and photos.
