Simon started the business after being a Planning Officer for a Local Authority but his drive and enthusiasm make him ideally suited to helping the applicants. We have been friends for over 30 years and my CAD background and administative qualities ensure SJM Planning is always looking forwards.

i came across David at frontier architecture after i was having a party wall issue with a nieghbour where they had used thier own surveyor who was adament i needed a partuy wall award , David was one of the first to call me and came accross impecably , he was also very helpfull and honest and actually saved me thousands in telling me in my situation there wass no third party wall nescasserey and why which saved me thousands in potential surveyors fees . his advise was forthright and free and he was not looking for anything in return and didnt have any self interest other than to help somewone out.. he is a shining example of what i would expect in a good honesh company . i would definately recomend him to anyone looking for a party wall surveyor or architect .

I asked Elias to design a re-inforced concrete raft foundation for a single storey side extension, his work was exemplary. The service provided was quick and very accurate. The design drawings were very easy for my site operatives to follow and the local council building engineers validated all calculations. I would highly recommend Elias to anyone and look forward to working with him again sometime in 2025.

They seem really professional, not had them come round yet now but david has kept in touch despite the offices been closed for Christmas. So far, can't fault them!
