Then I started a course with Elena and I have finally made progress. A combination of core workouts, stretching and body control have helped me to improve my core and spine. At last! Some relief from the pain. Elena is your typical high-achiever, no nonsense, straight to the point and very experienced. She’s also warm and good fun and still an impressive athlete. It’s 10/10 from me.
