We offer both 121 and group classes: **121- Pain management, long-term conditions, older adult specialist, cancer recovery and rehab from joint or injury replacement. We use the reformer and other pieces of large Pilates Apparatus. We also have unique programmes using PowerPlate, Suspension and Spring training, In our group classes we offer various sessions: **SASSY - group sessions on the apparatus - a whole body workout **PRIME - a specific class for women who are on the menopause spectrum, we can help with tummy bulge, and get you moving safely. **Positive Pilates - A gentle mat-based Pilates class that gets the body moving and allows you to progress at your own pace. **BARRE - Ballet like no one is watching!

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people move better with less pain and having less stress. It sounds corny, but it is really true!

Knowing that small movements can have a profound effect never ceases to amaze me. There really is something that everyone can do.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've always loved exercise, and whilst on a course in 1999, I discovered Pilates - and never looked back. It helped me tremendously with my ongoing pain and discomfort, and I thought it was a secret too good to hide, so I created Experienc Pilates - as you need to 'feel' what is happening.

Why should our clients choose you?

We are very welcoming - there is no need to be nervous, but if you are we put you at ease very quickly. Pilates is really about knowing how to use your body, and why we should move it a certain way, and Cath is adept at doing just this.

She has over 8 years of experience working in a busy NHS Chronic Pain Management service teaching Pilates, Sleep a & Relaxtion.

We have many advanced qualifications to help older adults, those who have been referred for exercise by their GP, and joint/injury Rehabilitation.

Cath also teaches small groups. We need to make sure you are doing the move right (for you), and we make sure your health and conditions are totally catered for.

Ideally, sessions would be in person at our studio, but we can carry out initial consultations over the phone.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We have always had time between clients for cleaning the equipment - anywhere that has been touched by a client is sanitised. We also have numerous sanitiser gel stations throughout the studios.

We still have a 100% record of being a 'COVID-Free' facility, meaning there are direct or indirect cases of COVID originating from the studio.
