I have been attended Green clinic for some years now to help maintain issues with my shoulder and neck, Stephen is fantastic in his manner, approach, knowledge and advise. Stephen has a really flexible approach and may try different methods to find what works for you the client, having been to physio's in the past and not been satisfied I can honestly say that it was and is a relief to find a physio that I felt assured and comfortable with. The Green clinic booking system is very easy to use and I have never encounted any issues, but appointments dates and times available are very flexible and varied. Over all I highly recommend the Green Clinic.

I've had all sorts of muscle issues. I have previously had various bouts of physio, which has usually improved problems by around 70% but never fully. I saw Katy at the end of 2018 to try and address a long-standing hip problem. This was causing sciatic pain in my leg and also tightness to my groin and abdomen. Over the course of 5 sessions, we addressed the tightness through traditional massage and also acupuncture. Katy also gave me a set of exercises to introduce to my existing routine to strengthen various muscles, whilst also recommending that I drop a few existing ones. The effect of this was that after three years I've been able to start light running again. Although I still plan to see Katy for ongoing maintenance the improvement, thus far, is definitely in the 90+% range.
