I started coming to Reformer Pilates 5 weeks ago & love it! Initially I did a free trial session which I enjoyed so much I signed up for their membership. Ive had a back problem for years since a car accident, but sitting for long periods as an administrator hasn’t helped. I was told by a consultant that I needed to loosen the muscles in my back & pilates was recommended. I had tried it years ago (mat work pilates) & because the group was a large one, as a glasses wearer I struggled to see the instructor so I decided then & there it was not for me! Plus I’m not sporty so I struggled to find an exercise I liked! I’m so glad I revisited my options & came to Nu You. The small group reformer class is just right for me & as a member we have access to helpful videos too. I’m 4 sessions in & definitely on the way to making a difference. (It’s a work in progress but I’ve not given up because I’m enjoying it). The ladies in my group are so lovely too, and have spurred me on. Tim is an absolutely brilliant instructor & is a professional at working his way around the class to ensure we all get his attention. Highly recommend these guys!

I have been attended Green clinic for some years now to help maintain issues with my shoulder and neck, Stephen is fantastic in his manner, approach, knowledge and advise. Stephen has a really flexible approach and may try different methods to find what works for you the client, having been to physio's in the past and not been satisfied I can honestly say that it was and is a relief to find a physio that I felt assured and comfortable with.The Green clinic booking system is very easy to use and I have never encounted any issues, but appointments dates and times available are very flexible and varied. Over all I highly recommend the Green Clinic.

I've had all sorts of muscle issues. I have previously had various bouts of physio, which has usually improved problems by around 70% but never fully. I saw Katy at the end of 2018 to try and address a long-standing hip problem. This was causing sciatic pain in my leg and also tightness to my groin and abdomen. Over the course of 5 sessions, we addressed the tightness through traditional massage and also acupuncture. Katy also gave me a set of exercises to introduce to my existing routine to strengthen various muscles, whilst also recommending that I drop a few existing ones. The effect of this was that after three years I've been able to start light running again. Although I still plan to see Katy for ongoing maintenance the improvement, thus far, is definitely in the 90+% range.
