I suffered with an ongoing neck issue for months. After having treatment elsewhere with no real progress I decided to try Achieve based on a friend's recommendation, I'm so glad I did! Alice was superb - professional, knowledgeable, friendly and brilliant at what she does. After some very 'hands-on' treatment and exercise my neck is now perfect and I can't thank her enough. Chris is brilliant. His focus was always on how he could provide a sustainable programme for me to maintain on my own away from sessions. He provided slides with pictures of various exercises to allow me to visit every few weeks and ensure the treatment was affordable. A year on I've just completed my first season in 6 years without missing a match and can't thank him enough.

I write my review on behalf of my partner and I. My partner has been going to Austin now for some time, with the strenuous job he does he has put he's back out on more than one occasion. His sessions with Austin have helped him immensely to recover. With that I started booking my own appointments. With my second pregnancy I suffered with SPD throughout. However, my sessions at the clinic made it a lot easier. Would recommend Austin and his team to all.

It think her name does not do her justice - not just a Physiogenius but Physiomagic. I have had painful issues in my knees due to instability in my knee caps. I had one strapped a few years back and after one treatment it was much better. The other one has now gone so I got that one treated and it is doing very well

Have attended Pilates here for a very long time and used other services - physio, acupuncture, reflexology. Wonderful service, lovely people and competitively priced. The venue is clean, tidy and well presented. Can't recommend them enough.

Having consulted Hugh periodically with a number of issues over more than 10 years I can thoroughly recommend his services. He is very easy to talk to while calmly identifying the root problem and treating it successfully. Often one or two visits and an exercise plan to take away are sufficient although a more recent neck problem has proved more stubborn. Thankfully, with Hugh’s help this is now well under control.

I first received treatment from Emma for back pain during pregnancy. It was surprisingly gentle yet very effective, providing much needed relief. Since then I also received treatment for more acute back pain after injury and had much needed relief after only one or two sessions. Also lots of good advice and suggestions for exercises that I can do independently to prevent the problem reoccurring. I can thoroughly recommend Emma. Very professional and great results!

I have been fortunate to be working with a local man who experienced a brain injury just over a year ago . On leaving hospital his prognosis was he would never walk again and would be confined to a wheelchair . I have accompanied him to sessions at the Complete Neoro Physio Centre In Stourbridge where I have watched him progress every week . Now walking with the aid of one person or a frame and even taken some steps unaided . My client is treated with dignity and respect at all times while motivating him to be in control of his own destiny . The equipment that they have is some of the most advanced I have seen . Set out as a gym environment makes it enjoyable to visit and has removed that clinical element . The work that is undertaken there is truly amazing . I have also witnessed so many great achievements of the clients who visit there while In support of my own client . I booked in for six sessions with the team here. They were the obvious choice to deal with my running injury because of their work with the University sports teams.I’m delighted to say that I made the right choice. For the first time, I’ve had physio treatment which not only got to the root problem, but also gave me the tools to progress and recover beyond the sessions themselves.Everything exceeded my expectations, from the treatment to the ease of booking and availability of appointments. I hope I don’t have a need to go back (!) but if I do, I know I am in good hands.
